- Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
- Coconut Water (or yogurt)
- Popsicle molds
1)Cut up fruit and place it in the popsicle mold.
2)Fill popsicle mold with coconut water.
3) Freeze for two hours.
3)If you don’t like the chunks of fruit, just throw it in the blender first.
4) If you’d prefer a creamier popsicle add yogurt instead of coconut milk.
5) Easy, right?
